Aspire Health

About us

Peter and Yenni Herschelman. Who we are, what changed, and the scans behind it.

Who we are

Peter

I’m Peter — husband, dad to a baby girl, and a Lincoln local. My wife’s as obsessed with biohacking and longevity as I am.

Aspire Health is the two of us, out of Lincoln, California. Yenni runs the women’s side; the rest is mine.

What changed

  • Lifting hard, with someone who pushed me
  • Fixing my food, which meant counting calories
  • Trying supplements myself until I knew what was worth taking
  • Making the most of my sleep, newborn nights included

Individual results vary.

Yenni

I’m Yenni — Peter’s wife, and I run the women’s side of Aspire Health.

Our daughter was born in September 2025. I started lifting with progressive overload while I was pregnant.

My before photos are from November 2025, two months postpartum, so they include the body fat a pregnancy adds. My afters are from July 2026.

What changed

  • Progressive overload: lifting a little more over time
  • Counting calories
  • Solid supplementation
  • Creatine, for the first time

Individual results vary.
