Yenni’s story

I’m Yenni — Peter’s wife, and I run the women’s side of Aspire Health.

Our daughter was born in September 2025. I started lifting with progressive overload while I was pregnant.

My before photos are from November 2025, two months postpartum, so they include the body fat a pregnancy adds. My afters are from July 2026.

What changed

  • Progressive overload: lifting a little more over time
  • Counting calories
  • Solid supplementation
  • Creatine, for the first time
